Introduction

Over the last 5 years in last-mile delivery and supply chain coordination, I've turned my passion for problem-solving into a relentless focus on efficiency.
I identify wasted time, redundant steps, and operational bottlenecks, transforming them into streamlined processes that save hours, reduce risk, and strengthen delivery performance.
What started with simple Excel formulas grew into full Python and Java solutions — cutting manual effort, reducing errors, and helping teams focus on higher-value work.
From rising delivery volumes and tighter customer expectations to manual coordination and complex workflows, I transformed operational pressures into tools that supported colleagues and delivered measurable results across the European network.
Along the way, I became a point of contact for technical issues and a driver of innovation, coordinating across EU and US teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

I am a Supply Chain Transformation and Process Automation Specialist with 5 years' experience driving innovation in last-mile delivery across Europe. At Amazon, I coordinated logistics for more than 500 delivery stations while developing Python and Java automation solutions that eliminated bottlenecks, reduced manual effort, and improved operational performance at scale.
